We deliver to all EU countries !

Deliveries to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria are free of charge.

Deliveries to all other EU countries are subject to a €10.00 shipping fee.

Purchased items will be shipped within 2 working days when ordered before 15.00.


Greyderlab’s return policy enables you to return the product for any reason within 30 days after receipt.

You have the right to open the package and check the content but the product must be returned unused. We, therefore, recommend that you try on shoes on soft surfaces (e.g.carpet). All original packing and labeling must be intact when returning the goods. If the return conditions are not met, we are forced to charge handling costs or can refuse the return shipment.

If an order is returned, always keep your tracking number and a copy of the receipt, so you have proof of the shipment.
When returning goods, please ensure the return form is enclosed. If the return form is not enclosed, please print, fill out and enclose it with the parcel.

Also, you must print the ‘PACKING SLIP’. This can be found as an attachment in the confirmation mail that is sent to you after shipment.
You may sent the return with the given DHL barcode and bring to a DHL service point. In that case we will deduct €6.95 (returns from Nl/DE/AT/BE) or €10.00 (returns from all other countries) of the refund of your money. Or you may arrange the return shipping yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please be aware that our return procedure will take at least 5 working days after the receipt. After being processed you will automatically receive an e-mail.


If a product that you have ordered through our webshop has arrived damaged or faulty, we would like to receive a notification about it within 2 days after delivery. Send us an email with your order number and at least 2 photos of the damage, so that we can solve it for you as soon as possible!
